Items and storage
The items you buy and keep, and the allergens an item can contain. Places sit inside each other: the cellar, the walk-in, the back bar. Each place has a temperature range and its readings.
Deliveries
A delivery note lists every item that arrived, how much of each, and the place it goes into. You see every delivery line, newest first, with its supplier.
Stock take
You count the shelf and set the count against the books. Gastova keeps the stock takes you started and the ones you finished.
Moves, waste and returns
Gin goes from the cellar to the bar. Waste is stock spilled, broken, out of date or stolen. A return is stock sent back to a supplier, such as a faulty case. Each one is written in the stock log. A second person can confirm entries.
Order requests and supplier prices
An order request lists what you ask one supplier for. You print it, hand it over, and check it when the delivery comes. For each item, you see what each supplier charged on its delivery notes.
